Combine brown sugar, butter and egg in one bowl. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl. Pour dry into wet bowl and mix well. Drop 1 t dough 2" apart onto greased (or non-stick) cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes. |
